Hello All,

Very happy to see the new members. I am working on meeting places and times right now. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them. Meanwhile, I am working on getting us a Google Wave sandbox account among other things. If anyone knows some good people to add please let them know. I plan on having 1 meeting a month for our projects and lighting talks. I am also planning on having 1 meeting a month for non-profits to learn about open source projects as they pertain to them. I’ll be needing speakers for these meetings if anyone is interested. Here’s my contact info.

Steve,

We have a computer lab - about 15 systems - and classroom space all ready to go.

I recommend we have our first meeting Saturday August 1, 2009 at 10:0am to 12:00 noon followed by pizza.

This will be in conjunction with a once a month open source install-fest.

Three of my students and I have been working on app engine apps this summer. Maybe I can get them to talk about it.
