Introduction

Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. My name is Steve
Hodges and I am the manager for this group. I thought everyone might
like to know my intentions for our group. First and foremost this
Group is all about community. It is more specifically design for
anyone interested in developing, deploying and using Google
Technology.

My role will be to make sure that meeting times and places are set.
Also I will be garnering support from the community. I already have
some support from a couple local businesses and am talking with many
others. I hope to be able to provide food for our meetings and
hackathons. Prizes for contest and drawings and Google is providing
SWAG.

There are plenty of areas where I need help. I have purchased the
domain www.scgtug.org and www.scgtug.com and need help with
construction and maintaining these websites and this group. I am
compiling assets for the groups use. I have setup Google Apps for our
collaboration and email. I have a Google Voice account for the group.
I have a Google Wave Account and a test account. Just to name a few.
If you would like access to any of these assets let me know. There are
plenty more in the works.
