USC Avalon Apartments Summer Sublet!!! $600 Roommate wanted!

I live in Avalon Apartments (on the corner of Adams and Orchard). Our
place is a 3 bed/3 bath apartment and I currently share my room with
my friend Mica who's really chill and sweet. I need a sublet to take
my place during the summer. Rent is $600/month including cable and
internet(optional parking is +$50). The place is really nice with
large well-lit bedrooms, really nice bathrooms, A/C, and a spacious
living room and kitchen(fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave). I'm
also willing to leave some of my furniture for you to use (chair,
desk, lamp, mattress). There's a laundry room downstairs and the
