Sierra’s furnished and air-conditioned two-bedroom apartments are
located north of “The Row.”
Style
Residents are primarily housed in two bedroom, four person apartments
with air conditioning.
Recreational Facilities
The building has a lounge for residents. A patio with tables, chairs
and a barbecue makes a great outdoor gathering place.
Convenience
Sierra hosts the area’s housing customer service center and the tram
stop at the front door makes getting to campus easy.
Parking
There is limited enclosed parking.

I am moving out to live with my gf so I need someone to fill in the
spot then USC housing would allow me to leave. So when you move in
you’ll have one roommate and two people live in the next bedroom. The
apartment has air condition, TV set, Cable internet all like other
apartments provided by USC.

Undergraduate is preferred. Have to be a male.
