I am moving out the USC area
The room is in the 2 floors house
The house has two 2 bathrooms , 6 rooms , 1 living room , 1 kitchen.
Also you have a Gate parking spot, A yard, Next to Ralph markets
around the intersection of Menlo and Adams
5 mins walking distance to Gate 5
My room has a balcony, Quiet and have a nice big window
The tree is around my room, Very nice and cozy


the Rent is 425 + utilities
Available the end of September

Hi All,

There is a vacancy for 1-2 persons this summer
starting from may 15 at 3036 Hoover House.

Currently there are 5 of us staying here, but since I
would be leaving this May out of CA so anybody
requiring a place to stay in LA around USC can get a
good deal in here.

It is a two hall house with a kitchen attached and two
baths. Fully furnished with microwave,
refrigerator,study desks, lamps, chairs, chest
drawers,Two Air-Conditioners, TV, mattress beds, 24
hour internet DSL connection, Right opposite to 32
Notricas shopping market, 5 mins walk to USC campus,
extremely safe area to hangout with University village
right across.

The rent tht we pay is 320 bucks per person but thts
negotiable to around 260-280 (NO Deposit required).
More so if you like to continue staying afterwards
then u can surely do since our lease would be expiring
in july and you can sign up a fresh lease.
