I am moving house in the next few days, and have just discovered that the
person who was to take over my apartment is unable to do so (I have a
lease till May 30). SO...my apartment on Royal Street (a five minute walk
to USC) is available for sublease from Feb 1 to May 30 for anyone who is
interested. The details are as follows:

Studio with large room, large separate kitchen, bathroom, dressing room.
Furnished (furniture old but usable) with two full size desks, two-3 small
bookshelves, bed with mattress, 2-3 small tables, chairs etc.
