It's definitely a nice place to live!

1. Walk 1 minute to USC Gate 6, or Smart&Final (big supermarket) and
several fast food restaurants.Very convenient!!!

2. $675/month including gas, electricity and water. You will get a
huge bedroom with its own bathroom. Desk, chair and closet provided.

3. It's a safe place to live, surrounding are all USC students.

4. It's a student house owned by STUHO company. The housemates are a
nice Korean American girl, an American girl, and two very nice
American guys downstairs. It's a great opportunity for non-native
speaker to practice English and make American friends!
