Located at 29th St near USC, a room will be vacant beginning 15th
December 2009 until February 15, in a 3 bedroom student housing
apartment. The other occupants are two USC graduate students. The rent
would be $575/month, including utilities. Wireless Internet is $15/
month. A cleaning lady visits twice each month to clean the common
areas of the apartment 0 which is included in the rent. The room is
furnished.

The apartment has a kitchen and a bathroom shared by the other two
occupants. It is a clean place, free of roaches or pests, and I am
looking for a neat, quiet person to rent it for these two months,
preferably a student.

The apartment is located in a safe, patrolled street 5 minutes walking
distance to USC and is next to the 2-9 cafe located at 29th/Hoover. It
is a stone's throw from University Village which houses various
eateries and a grocery store.
