I am looking for a female roommate to sublease my studio for 1 month
starting Dec' 17 to Jan '17. Days can be adjusted +-3-4 days
You will be sharing it with another Indian girl , graduate student at
USC.(Computer Science)
Details of the apartment :
> -The Studio in itself is very clean and spacious for two people.
> -Fully furnished.
> - Utilities (Microwave/Gas/ Electricity/ Internet/ 2 Beds/Heater/ table,study table etc)
> -I also have a small Washing machine.
> -Near to Superior(2mins) and JH bazaar (Indian grocery Store) 7 min walk.
> -Near to USC Gate 6 [2 min walk]& Downtown LA
> -Tram B stop close by. Campus cruiser also available.
> -The studio has all amenities and best part is it very close to USC- campus(2min walk) and
close to Fraternity houses hence lots of paroling.(very safe :) ).
Also its close to University Village where you have Superior Grocery
Store, Post Office, Bank of America, StarBucks, Radio Shack etc..
> -Parking available
> -Rent: $335 (rent negotiable; if you are looking for temporary stay then it will be $13/day)
