Need a roommate for a 2bd/2ba apartment, which is located at Francis
ave., between Hoover and Vermont, just south of 8th street. Got your
own bedroom and bathroom.

This is a small apartment building with only 8 units, secured gate and
inside is clean. The apartment has hardwood floor,and is about 800-900
sqft.
About you: must be clean (at least in kitchen and living room) and
responsible, USC student preferred.
About us: married Chinese couple, both are sutdents and pretty busy,
too.
The rent will be $450 including utility and DSL, in building parking
spot will be available at an additional $50/month, otherwise street
parking is not bad around here.
The room will be available between August 15-30, most likely will be
before 8/20, unless my current roommate is really busy.
