One big bedroom for sublease in a house. Located in the safe north
part of USC campus, on W23 Street, between Ellendale and Vermont, only
6-7 min to USC Gate 5 by bike. The room is well-decorated, including
desk, chairs, bed, big bookshelf and big closet. All the rooms have
central air conditioner. Share big kitchen and bathroom with a USC
student and a visiting scholar, both Chinese males. The kitchen has
all cooking devices---no need to bring your own ones, and you can have
a big fridge of your own. There are parking spaces in the yard. The
$665 rent includes everything: water, gas, electricity, internet,
trash, and a cleaner will come to clean the house every week. The
sublease begins from December or January, and lasts to the end of
