We have a 2 Bedroom / 1 bath available for 1500/month. It will be
available Jan
1st for move in!!
You will take over our lease ending May 31st and can then resign
another year.
It is a 10 minute walk to campus or a 5 minute bike ride. We are on
the corner
of Walton & Jefferson - very close!
The rent includes 2 parking spaces in a gated lot, water, and
internet. The
apartment comes with a brand new fridge, stove, garbage disposal,
microwave, full size beds and a futon. Yes - they provide furniture!
The bedrooms are huge and the closets provide a ton of storage space.
The
bathroom is nice with a new toilet. The landlords are very USC student
friendly
and the entire building is made up of USC students.
The USC Campus Cruiser -- the USC Safe Ride - drives to our front door
to pick us up and drop us off during night hours.
