Rasmussen Contracts outlines attached. "Outline.doc" and "Vandy outline" are from a 3L who apparently did the best or close to the best in the class.

as a sidenote (sorry for all the emails i just drank SO MUCH COFFEE), i literally have hundreds of other outlines. i'm going send you guys the ones for your profs/classes because i doubt you'll have time to look at the other ones anyways (plus they can be misleading and/or confusing). BUT, if anyone actually wants all of these, i have no problems forwarding them. just let me know.
