-1 private room with a closet that comfortably fits a twin size bed, dresser and desk
-Shared bathroom (with one other person)
-Very close to 110 freeway, 10 minute drive to USC health sciences campus
-Internet costs are $10/month, electricity is around $10/month
-washer dryer inside the apartment, dish washer in kitchen
-females only please as bathroom is being shared.
-Total rooms: 3, Total bathrooms: 2
-Security deposit is one month rent
This place is idea for students as living area is very quiet.
PS: Parking is available in the "Guest parking" spots which has never been a problem for the tenant for the past 5 years now.
