I am subletting a master bedroom with connected private bathroom in Huntington Terrace from Oct 1-Oct 31. Drive to the County-USC hospital is about 7 minutes, 10 min to Pasadena and ~1 mile to the 110 freeway. The room is 12'x14' and has a queen sized bed and wooden desk, a window for plenty of lighting and a standing fan. -Large patio -outdoor barbeque -47" flat screen LCD -washer and dryer in apartment -Double sided closet and drawers for your clothes. -Facilities has a pool, hot tub, and pool table. -Wireless internet and utilities free of charge -roommate is a female graduate student, has her own bathroom, is clean and respectful.
