Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to specify a particular port from which to do the live capture - preferably by amedning this:

USBPcapCMD.exe -d \\.\USBPcap2 -o - | "C:\Program Files\Wireshark\Wireshark.exe" -k -i -

I have a device on port 8 that I'm interested in.

Regards,

Jib

I realise I can filter on SrcPort in Wireshark, however I wish to be able to filter to Port 8 of Port 1. There are multiple Port 1's listed under USBPCap2, but it seems to be an hierarchical system, e.g. Port1\Port8 or Port 1\Port 5\Port 1

Do you mean USB device address?

Currently USBPcap allows you to capture only whole traffic from
specified Root Hub. Filtering only on selected devices connected to
given Root Hub is one of possible improvements.
