Selected capture options result in empty capture. [Win10 CMD]

Hi,
I've been using the command "USBPcapCMD.exe -d \\.\USBPcap3 -o "C:\Users\target_File_Path" on my WIN10 cmd, but it keeps getting Selected capture options result in empty capture error message. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
P.S. I'vs cd to the folder of USBPcapCMD.exe in the cmd, and I checked that USBPcap3 has devices on it.

Add one of this options:
