problem with port COM selection

Hi, when I display the ports , all come under the same number, so I can not select the port I want to see.

This is what I get after the command: USBPcapCMD.exe

Following filter control devices are available:

The port I want to see is COM36, but I only can choose number '1'.

Please, can you help me?
