Does Wireshark need admin rights/privileges to execute USB capture

Would like to know if Wireshark need admin rights/privileges to execute USB capture using USBPcap package. I tried to capture from both CLI and GUI, but both failed.

Platform: Windows 

Wireshark version: Wireshark-2.0.3

USB Pcap version: 1.2.0.3

Wireshark should not be run with admin privileges.

When you start USB capture using USBPcap (either from Wirehsark GUI or
through interactive commandline interface), then you will get UAC
screen for the "USBPcap commandline interface" which should be
accepted. If USBPcap is not allowed elevated privileges, it won't be
able to capture.
