We've just published for both 

Android and iOS our latest 

Multilingual Interactive Storybook App (MISA), 

entitled, "PagTsing: Turtle and Monkey".

It includes 8 languages:

Filipino, Bisaya, Ilonggo

English, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean

Filipino and English both

come freely with the app.
