Conditions of Contest Approved

All of the 25 people who have voted on the proposed Conditions of Contest for this year's USBC approved them. I will now send this to the USBF Board for its approval, after which I'll post the final Conditions of Contest on the website. In a couple of weeks, when the entry is firm, I will do a Round Robin schedule and ask for comments from the Technical Committee on that. I'll also do a Conditions of Play document, with the sections of the Conditions of Contest that are relevant to this year's event.
