I received my USB Armory yesterday. My OS is windows 10, and I successfully prepared a kali linux SD card for usb armory. But my computer wouldn't recognize this device. I can't find it anywhere.

Only when I removed my SD card, I get a new device as "SE Blank RITA". If I put SD card back, It despairs again.

What should I do? Is that related to drivers?

Thank you very much!

Please check the following wiki links:

and secondarily also:

The issue is likely a missing driver, which is specified in the first link (I recommend the Acer one). Once that is installed ensure that you see the USB armory in your Device Manager and set its IP address accordingly on its network interface.

Thanks for replying! But here I just couldn't find this device on my computer. It seems that my computer didn't recognize it and would not install the driver automatically. I even couldn't find it in device manager. However, it works perfectly on my workmate's computer. I've read all of the links and wikis, but nothing works.

Cheers

If you see the "Rita" device without a microSD card, which is expected, it means that at USB level the OS can see the device.

With a valid microSD the device is detected differently and will show up in the device manager under a different entry (which is easy to miss when the correct driver is not installed).

Therefore this is a driver issue. Have you installed the Acer driver I pointed at? If not please do so and retry.

Thanks
