USB armory Debian base image release 20240221

A new Debian release for the USB armory is available:

Major changes against the previous release:

- upgraded Debian to 12.5
- upgraded kernel to 6.6.17
- upgraded U-Boot to v2024.01
- fixed linux-headers package to allow out-of-tree kernel modules compilation

Existing users can upgrade kernel packages through `apt-get`:

apt-get update
apt-get purge -y linux-image-6.1-usbarmory-mark-two
apt-get purge -y linux-headers-6.1-usbarmory-mark-two
apt-get install linux-image-6.6-usbarmory-mark-two
apt-get install linux-headers-6.6-usbarmory-mark-two
