CSQuickUSB library update for QuickUSB 2.0

The quickusb driver was updated to 2.0 a few monthes ago and includes
a large rewrite of the drivers. I'll be updating CSQuickUSB for these
changes in a few weeks.

I posted a message on the QuickUSB forum but was instructed to do the
same here.

I've used the 'CSQuickUSB.dll' assembly OK, but it doesn't seem to
contain all the functions featured in the native dll 'QuickUSB.dll'.
Are some functions not implemented in the wrapper, or am I doing
something silly?

On reading the previous messages here, I'm thinking maybe the version
of CSQuickUSB.dll I have is a wrapper for an older version of
QuickUSB.dll that doesn't have functons such as
'QuickUsbWriteFpgaData'. Is that the case?

Hi,

I only wrapped the USB function in the quickusb.dll file. However,
adding additional functions would be trivial. Please add an
enhancement request for any functions you want:
