When I'm running my codes on my machine (Windows 10 64-bit), claimInterface returns 0 .

Any idea why?

-5 is ERROR_NOT_FOUND.

Sounds like a driver issue. Does the 32-bit machine have the correct (ie 32-bit vs 64-bit) driver loaded? Is the USB device showing up in the hardware list on the 32-bit machine?
