Document integration architecture, decision rationale, configuration guides, and operational runbooks for each evaluated approach. | | |
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, business rules, client scripts, and update set management. | | |
Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management, Service Catalog. | | |
