EXP: 14+ Years

Description

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) architecture and customization 
  
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integration with Dynamics
  
• Experience with Copilot Studio for building AI-driven conversational experiences and automating workflows 
  
• Skilled in JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS for front-end customization 
  
• Familiarity with XRM SDK and Dynamics Web API for integrations 
  
• Experience with Azure services (Service Bus, Functions Apps, App Services, Container Apps) for Dynamics integrations 
  
• Ability to leverage Copilot Studio for creating intelligent workflows and conversational bots 
  
• Familiarity with Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, OpenAI integration) for advanced automation and personalization 
  
• Experience integrating AI-driven insights, Copilot capabilities, and Power BI dashboards within Dynamics
  
• At least 7+ Dynamics 365 Development experience
