SAP Finance & Accounting (F&A) Consultant / SAP FICO Analyst

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 6 months to start

Visa: USC PREFERRED (GC with EXCELLENT communication ONLY)

This is 100% remote opportunity with 6 months project engagement with the possibility of extension. The candidate should be willing to work overlap with UK time zones.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in SAP Finance & Accounting modules (SAP FICO).
• Expertise in:
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Financial Reporting
• Taxation & Compliance
• Experience with:
• Provision calculations and financial controls
• R&D credit calculations and assessments
• Withholding tax reconciliation
• VAT assessment and compliance
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial statement analysis and disclosures
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in control assessment and testing activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting ERP assessments and SAP fit-gap analysis.
• Ability to define SAP implementation strategies, roadmap planning, and project timelines.
• Strong understanding of SAP process optimization and transformation initiatives.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in global finance environments or shared service models preferred.
