Title: React Native Tech Lead with Native iOS and Android exp - multiple openings 

Location: Downtown Miami, FL (4 days onsite) 

Type: 6 month contract to hire


Notes

  • We need a React/React Native Tech Lead that also has strong Android & iOS Native development skills.

·                This role requires deep expertise in React Native alongside strong native iOS and Android development skills — enabling the lead to bridge cross-platform and native implementations effectively. They are doing Brownfield Integrations.

  • Define and drive the technical vision for React, React Native, and native mobile development across the product area
  • 10+ years of hands-on mobile development experience
  • 2+ years in a lead or technical leadership role
  • Expert proficiency in React Native, React, Expo/EAS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Working knowledge of native iOS development (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Objective-C, Swift Concurrency/Combine)
  • Working knowledge of Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack libraries
  • Architect using the brownfield host-shell / mobile micro-frontend pattern, RN New Architecture (TurboModules, Fabric), Native Modules, and typed host bridge contracts
  • Experience with modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai)
  • Experience with testing: Jest/RNTL (unit), Detox/XCUITest/Espresso (E2E), contract tests for native/RN bridge
  • Knowledge of App Store and Play Store submission processes
  • Mentor and guide React Native, iOS, and Android developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical coaching
  • Pluses:
    • Familiarity with additional cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform)
    • Experience architecting large-scale, multi-platform solutions
    • Strong understanding of mobile security best practices
    • Experience with advanced performance profiling and memory optimization tools across iOS, Android, and React Native
