Job Description | Lead our diverse managed services programs, focusing on custom managed service solutions. This pivotal role involves managing dynamic teams supporting customers both on-site and remotely. The Program Manager will oversee the entire program and customer support from conceptual proposal through initial customer contact and ongoing support, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing both cloud-based and on-premises services, and a solid track record in financial management including budgeting and forecasting. Candidates with professional certifications in project management will be given preference. The PM will work with the Managed Digital Services Management Teams, along with the Client’s Management team to deliver drawings, technical reports, and schedule data needed to complete the new Client’s Power Transmission Control Center scheduled for completion in 2027. This project entails working with the Client’s technical team, leadership, SME’s, & system owners, and Business Management, along with the Vendor Management teams to deliver technical documents, design drawings, and schedule data to the Customer.
