DO
This

- Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to
release
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while
eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc
- Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress,
and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and
opportunities
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and
other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior
increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and
continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
- Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice
new ways of working
- Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning
and development of one or more team(s)
- Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for
establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product
Backlog
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that
enable inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as
necessary

Minimum
Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s
degree in computer science or related discipline or an equivalent combination
of education and work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile
environment
- Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and
stakeholders
Skills and knowledge of
servant leadership, situational awareness
