We are Looking for Full Stack Front Engineer and Back End Engineer Consultants in Rockville, MD who are willing for an IN-Person Interview.
Position1.
Title: Full Stack Engineer- Front End
Location: Rockville or Tysons , MD ( F2F Interview)
The team you will be joining a small team focused on building the first version of a Feedback Loop Labelling application for Surveillance Pipelines. You will work on cross-functional team consisting of product managers, back-end, and other full-stack engineers to design and implement a micro-app on the new Surveillance Command Center platform to help users generate a Ground Truth dataset.
Job Responsibilities:
· Interpret business needs to design a web application that supports business needs
· Implement the product leveraging industry standards and best-practices
· Develop responsive front-end systems to integrate with existing user platforms
· Support team in shepherding releases through the SDLC process through to production
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
· 5+ years of experience building fulk-stack production quality web-based multi-tier web applications
· 3+ years of experience building web front-ends with Angular
· 2+ years of experience building restful web in Python
· Experience with SQL and databases
· 3+ years of experience building on Amazon AWS services
· Experience working in agile scrum methodologies using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) development practices
· Experience writing automated unit, component, and integration tests
· Able to adapt to evolving business priorities and requirements
Nice to Have:
· Experience with data pipelines integrated with Machine Learning models
· Exposure to data pipelines and big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Flink, or similar
· Familiarity with supervised ML models and labelled datasets

As a Backend Engineer on our team, you'll be expected to lead by example, write great code, solve difficult problems, set a high bar for the team around you and help them achieve engineering excellence. Responsibilities:
- Work on an Agile development team to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using deep expertise in distributed microservices, big-data technologies (HIVE, Presto, Spark, Hadoop, etc.) and full-stack systems.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and deliver technical solutions to those objectives.
- Develop API platform to serve big data at interactive speed; built on AWS using AWS Well-architected principles.
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, and participate in internal & external technology communities to drive innovation.
- Demonstrate growth mindset, ownership, customer obsession, and strong judgement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other relevant Engineering field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Software Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL and databases
- 3+ years of experience working with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Presto)
- 3+ years’ REST/web services experience and writing complex SQL queries
- 3+ years of experience building on Amazon AWS Services
- Experience working with the following technology stack: Amazon Web Services (AWS), EMR Hive/Presto, ECS, Lambda, S3, DevOps and CI/CD, Jenkins, CloudFormation
- Basic understanding of one or more scripting languages (Unix Shell, Python, Perl, etc.)
