their repeater sites are linked via microwave or shortwave or
satellite or maybe 72 mhz - conceivably they could hit every repeater
in the state from 2 sites - frazier mtn in ventura county and st john
mtn near redding calif - usfs used to do this on 36 mhz and 166 mhz
