Sorry, I left this one off.

Cyclocross is the perfect crucible for aspiring cyclists looking to fast track their development. Combining unparalleled technique and skill requirements with a wide range of physiological demands, it is a microcosm of all that we love about cycling. This 60-minute webinar is designed to answer some of the questions new racers have about racing and training, skills development, and bike set up secrets to lay a foundation that will  athletes and coaches get maximum enjoyment from this most enjoyable of mud-encrusted activities.

Presenter:  Matt McNamara has been a USA Cycling Elite coach since 2004, but a cross afficianado since the mid-90's. Matt has presented his "Cyclocross Training and Technique" lecture at both Cyclocross Nationals in Bend, OR and via the Web for USA Cycling. A podium finisher at the district level, he also teaches several clinics each season, coaches a host of aspiring and elite cross racers,  and manages a 25-member 'cross team based in Northern California. Most recently Matt wrote the Cyclocross Chapter for the USA Cycling Coaches Association Level 2 Handbook and he is already antsy in anticipation of another go-round at Cross Vegas in mid-September.
