Question on ACA rider wanting to participate in a USAC race.

Hey all!
I have a rider interested in racing in Bonanza Creek. He is a current
ACA licensed rider who is eligible to do CAT1/2 . Does he need to
purchase an annual USAC or can he purchase a USAC one-day license?

If he has a current 2008 ACA license he can purchase a one day license and
race in the category listed on his ACA license.

If he has a 2007 ACA license he will need to purchase a USAC annual license
and apply for an upgrade before the race.
