Hi Guys,

Its been long since i have posted anything. :) 
I hope you guys are doing good!

We have couple of position open for UX/IA guys. I wish some of us oldies can work together, so please if you actively looking out mail me your resume.


Sr. User Experience/Information Architecture 

JD of a UX (User Experience) / IA (Information Architect):


4+ years’ experience in an Agency/Software environment (digital-only) is extremely important. Social media content and applications will be an area of focus, so experience with Facebook applications and other social media API-driven sites is preferred. Mobile experience is a plus.

Collaboration and communication skills must be top-notch. This is a client-facing position and you should have experience presenting your work.

Whether at the whiteboard or using prototyping tools, we work quickly—feeding agile projects with insights about users and rapidly developing options. The ideal candidate for the position is self-motivated, versatile, and inquisitive and excels in a collaborative environment. He/she has successfully led user research, generated product concepts, modeled information, and designed interactions and complex user interfaces. Our leads will advocate for users throughout the design process while advancing client business goals, be a good listener, and communicate with purpose both orally and in writing. In short, the person we seek enjoys the process of making good design.

Responsibilities 

·  Quickly understand and learn about a variety of project domains

·  Perform user research through interviews, workshops, observations and usability studies among other methods

·  Express concepts in real time with drawing, spoken descriptions and annotations to facilitate discussion

·  Collaborate with others by actively listening, focusing on work, communicating thoughtfully

·  Seek feedback and integrate it in solutions that are developed iteratively

·  Work quickly at appropriate quality levels

·  Communicate ideas effectively to colleagues and clients in presentations and written communication

·  Develop design rationale that clients value and use it to lead group efforts

Requirements 

·  Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI or related field

·  Experience designing web applications and desktop software

·  Portfolio examples of web application design that demonstrate command of the design process and clearly describe your contribution and role

·  Experience conducting user research that generates insights and examples of how the research informed design decisions

·  Skillful use of Axurepro, Balsamiq, Visio, Photoshop, and knowledge of rendering languages (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript)

·  Experience understanding software development environments and adapting based on implications for constraining design

Remuneration:
Up to 6 Lacs  PA
