*How low can people descend just to belong? Femi Fani-Kayode has to concoct a farcical affinity with the Fulani to authenticate his hunger-induced defection into APC. So much about the elasticity of shame.*

I doubt if ' concoct' is the right word here.

But I agree that Fani- Kayode cannot blindfold the nation to his looting, which necessitated his defection to the APC to launder his corruption soiled name and divert attention from and stultify prosecution by EFCC whose chief executive is Muhammadu Buhari a Fulani and Mr. President.

Indeed his story reinforces the false notion that ALL Fulani ARE CRIMINALS which is NOT necessarily true!

If I were Mr President I would direct my prosecutors to zero in on Fani- Kayode and make an example of him.  The President does himself no good if he refuses to do this and reinforces the notion that there is no difference between the APC and the PDP when it comes to corruption and that the anti- corruption crusade of the APC is farcical!  Thus the need for the organisation of a third alternative party of governance in waiting come 2023.  It also reinforces the notion Muhammadu Buhari is an ineffectual president.

Fani- Kayode seems to be corrupt neither because he is Yoruba nor Fulani, but just because of whom he personally is and there is nothing essentially Nigerian about his characterisation of himself.

Let those who believe in majority rule clamour for its practice at the centre in Nigeria come 2023.

For whatever it's worth, I can confirm that I learned about FFK's Fulani heritage back in 2013 from a Kano State-born Hausa-Fulani intelligence General, although I don't remember the details now.

How come  FFK is informing us of this heritage now and what's it's relevance to Nigerian politics?

Is APC a Fulani party or is FFK responding to the ethnicisation of his govt by Buhari?

May we relate this to  claims that this ethnicisation is only in the minds of those who claim it exists and has nothing to do with what is bad in Buhari's govt?

What Fulani blood - intravenous blood transfusion? Is he not the son of Remi and Adunni Fani-Kayode of Ile-Ife? Calling itself by any other name should not make the sheep comfortable in a pride of lions! Just acting chameleon to blend into the environment of greed is shameful enough; playing politics with your ethnic identity in order to be accepted is an anathema. I would rather eat a dry crust with liberty than become the king's luxury with chains. Good luck, RFK!

If you check the Premium Times article link earlier posted by TF on behalf of some unknown fellow you will find the date. The article was published April 17, 2013. It’s a long time ago!

I will say it is probably unrelated to FFK’s current crisscrossing since he couldn’t have seen so far into the future. I may be wrong.
