The covid-19  pandemic has shown  us and proved to us that you cannot have an isolated system.

What affects one country  health wise and otherwise  should be of interest  to other countries. And asuch I am suggesting  that the  training of teachers and nedical doctors  world wide should be a collective responsibility

.irrespective of the country of origin any one who wants to train as a Doctor  or Teacher  an certified suitable  should be provided with free education and on qualifying, renumeration would very made by a world body not by the country of origin.for instance  money looted from Africa some of it can be used  for this purpose the western piwer know where the looted funds are 

Remuneration  would be made relative to the economic state of the country of origin
