Ola, Dr. Kasumu Salawu and Other Elite Nigerians.:

Thank you for your notes.

I am forwarding  what I sent to Nigerians and Africans to rise up, support and exercise their peaceful rights as citizens to mobilize to correct such insults directed at Nigerians at the next senatorial elections in Texas.

For those who believe in actively supporting and correcting a wrong of the magnitude perceived and other noted fumbles by Sen Cruz in Washington, DC, they should join in providing him the comfort that he needs in Houston and Texas. Again, he does not belong in Washington, DC.

Please send necessary notes to Nigerians and African Americans that you know in Texas to support the political drive to unseat Sen Cruz at the next senatorial election in Texas.

Thank you and have a pleasant week.  May God bless the efforts of all those who truly endeavor to support  and serve all the diverse people of the US.

Good day. please let us do what we can in our small ways to ensure that a person like Sen Cruz is returned permanently to Houston and the state of Texas after the next election. He really has no business in Washington, DC. Per this note, please ensure that you share the comment enclosed with your Nigerian and African friends in Houston and Texas  where a greater effort can be exerted to prepare for the next senatorial elections for the state of Texas.  Sen Cruz  has had extremely negative influence via leading and supporting the recent government shutdown efforts in the Congress that have cost the US $24 billion dollars in less than three weeks, reduced the net worth of many US citizens, negatively impacted 401K assets of US workers, caused significant losses of momentum for the US and global economies and caused significant financial problems for many American families .

That Sen Cruz can spout more garbage about Nigerians is not a surprise as not much is expected form him based on his analytical capabilities over the past two months in Washington, DC as reported by the News and Internet media.

Please let us work to ensure that we vote accordingly next time and mobilize to ensure that  Sen. Cruz is returned to Houston and Texas permanently.

Thank you very much.  Have a pleasant week.

Cruz also took a swipe at the computer problems that have plagued people attempting to sign up online through the insurance exchanges that were created by the law to provide coverage. "You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers have become a lot less active lately," he said. "They all have been hired to run the Obamacare website."

Copier102 is a GCIOB who practises medicine in Houston, TX.

I have been in this computer and Internet business long enough to know that it is easy to sabotage online rollout's such as Affordable Healthcare. An average computer hacker can automatically and continuously engage and overwhelm a web site which cannot distinguish a human request from a machine request. That is why you are sometimes required to decipher  a "cryptic" message before your request is even acknowledged. (Machines cannot recognize arbitrary patterns fast enough, if at all.) I wonder if this web site has such a protection.

Furthermore, it is standard practice, when developing databases, data warehouses or web sites, to go through three distinct phases sequentially and thoroughly, viz: development, testing and then production. It is clear that these steps were not taken, particularly testing, with regard to the Affordable Care web site. Yet, not in a million years will the White house include people like me in a project like this -- they gave it to their cronies and look at the embarrassment, if not ridicule and loss of faith, that it has brought them. I a staunch Obama supporter but he got it wrong this time -- even Ms. Oprah Winfrey refuses to bail him out of this mess -- good for her!

As for Ted Cruz, his leap of logic is imbecilic! The boy has been wound up like a parrot to talk gibberish! Ire!

Ted Cruz: ‘Nigerian Email Scammers’ Hired to Run Obamacare Website

by Evan McMurry, October 22nd, 2013.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) received a boisterous welcome from a hometown crowd in Houston, Texas on Monday, and repaid their enthusiasm with a shot at the Affordable Care Act’s troubled website launch.
“You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers have become a lot less active lately,” Cruz told the crowd. “They all have been hired to run the Obamacare website.”
The reception was a marked change from Cruz’s treatment among colleagues and in the polls, after the Senator’s strategy to link stopping Obamacare to government funding led to a two-week-plus government shutdown and disastrous approval numbers for Republicans. Cruz clearly felt the change. “I’ve spent the past month in Washington, D.C.,” he said. “It is terrific to be back in America.”
...The Houston Chronicle, which reported the comments, recently rescinded its endorsement of Cruz.

My People:

Ted Cruz caused the American shut-down, and now wants to shut down Nigerian Diaspora' integrity in the US.   We should therefore shut him down politically in Texas, so that he can whittle down his embarrasment to Obama and to Nigerians - as was done to Senator Moseley-Braun in Illinois during the Abacha era when she "sosokuso s(h)es(e)kus(h)e" (did some funny things) during her tenure - and was not returned to Senate in the following election.

Yep...let's go for it!  The heat is on..with the number of Nigerians in Texas, it should be doable.

Sad to say that Africans bring the same "docility" that allows our home governments led by pen-armed robbers to kick us around to our new homes overseas. We are not engaged in activisms that project and protect our interests. I would say that all Africans, not only Nigerians, should rise up against Ted Cruz.
