Subject: Pdf version of 'How to restructure Nigeria without Tears

Dear Prof,
Greetings. Thanks for uploading the interesting paper by Odia Ofeimun. I took up the challenge by Obododimma to convert the paper to Pdf. Please find attached, though it is not a perfect outcome as i desired due to the initial format of the original document. I do hope it can be accepted. It gladdens my heart that the paper  transitions from the usual clamour for restructuring without key  practical proposals and attempts to make us understand what lies behind the word and its implications for our nation. The time for practical proposals is now! We have stayed too long on the mountain of 'sloganeering'.

Thanks for providing this platform for all the interesting exchanges i have read over the last several years.
