Russia is keeping an eye on what’s going on there, so is Trump’s very distressed and disenchanted dictator Zelensky

With the extreme-right winds of change blowing across Europe, the doomsday prophets will soon be able to confirm the extent to which Elon Musk would have influenced the outcome of the German Elections.

Here’s a list of Upcoming Elections

I was appalled by what Dele Farotimi is supposed to have said the other day about Peter Obi  - as was reported by Ojogbon :

“Similarly, Farotimi clarifies that his support for Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, was not rooted in party loyalty but in principle. His decision was not based on party politics but on considering the best option among the three frontrunners. To him, Obi represented the closest vision of Nigeria he dreamed of—a country governed by the rule of law rather than one entrenched in oppression and victimization. While he acknowledges Obi’s imperfections, refusing to idolize him, he maintains that Obi was the most fitting candidate for the transformative leadership Nigeria needed. More significantly, through the lens of justice and equity, Obi embodied the struggle of the marginalized—a symbol of the ordinary masses oppressed by a political and economic system designed to serve a privileged elite.”

Really? Baba Kadiri , did you hear that ?  Sure, I understand that Nigerians are also entitled to have their own cherished opinions.

Just an honest observation: Of course, we are free to follow our heart's desires. It’s always an interesting and engaging election in USA, UK, India, France, Sweden, Turkiye, Pakistan, Israel, South Africa, Italy, Australia, DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, the last great election in Egypt that was won by Mohamed Morsi, and it's most amazing, isn’t it, the unbridled enthusiasm with which USA-Africa Dialogue Series habitués follow the most interesting election of all, the US presidential elections, how we started following this very last one, from long before the primaries, through the mostly uncouth and vicious Kamala Harris vs. Donald Trump campaign battles, to the inauguration and the morning after, on a daily basis, and  - as if we didn’t or don't give a damn, mostly leaving ongoing exigencies and national emergencies in Sierra Leone and Nigeria on the backburner, neglected, unreported and undiscussed; ditto, we continue to follow (on a daily basis) from Monday to the Jumma Friday, the IDF bombing as usual with special bombing of Arabs for the holy Sabbath Saturday, what Christians celebrate as The Lord’s Day, otherwise known as Sunday, and, more Catholic than the Pope, my own personal Baba Ijebu, Mr. Follow-Follow, the Owerri Motor Park apprentice who apparently has a dog in the fight, me too and and along with we too, we follow follow and have been following

the genocidal Israel-Hamas-Gaza-West Bank-Lebanon-Hezbollah-Houthi-Yemen-Syria imbroglio

His sister Pam works in a shop

She never stops, she's a go-getter

Takes him out to look at the Queen

Only place that he's ever been

Always shouts out something obscene

Such a dirty old man Dirty old man”

the old motor park wannabe insists that the devil has a right to exterminate his adversary, giving some of the usual, senile, uninformed points of view just because he has never read any Juan Cole  speak less of Meir Kahane  ….MEIR KAHANE and his Our Challenge :The Chosen Land   ,a programme which is ostensibly being implemented right now
