Professor Kingsley Moghalu is a distinguished global thought leader and public intellectual, is the President of the Institute for Governance and Economic Transformation (IGET), a public policy think tank and executive education Acacdemy, and CEO of Sogato Strategies, a business intelligence and geopolitical risk advisory firm in Washington DC.

He has had a prior illustrious career as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Professor of International Business and Public Policy at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston, USA and the Oxford Martin Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford, and as the Inaugural President & Vice-Chancellor of the African School of Governance (ASG) in Kigali, Rwanda. He previously worked in the United Nations system for 17 years in strategic planning, legal and external affairs roles at duty stations at the UN Secretariat Headquarters in New York and field operations in Cambodia, Croatia, Tanzania, and in Geneva, Switzerland, rising to the highest bracket of Director. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a law degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is the author of several books including the critically acclaimed _Emerging Africa: How the Global Economy’s Last Frontier Can Prosper and Matter.
