Space science,Space Technology and Bola Tinubu.The Nigerian president needs a special adviser or special assitant on space science and Technoligy if only to re jig the nigerian space programme and re a lign it with the present needs of nigerians.There so many areas to cover like oil  pipeline surveillance, waste management,town planning,weather fore casting,flood forecasting,insurance,traffic management,population studies,national security, border  patrol,farmer herder conflict,tele medicine, disaster prevention and manage ment,environmental monitorin
