Whether or not one is or is not a political supporter of Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu (now the APC presidential flag-bearer), the scholar in me cannot resist acknowledging a truth that I harbor inside of me about a monumental political feat that has just been pulled off on Nigeria's political landscape, namely that Mr. Tinubu's single-minded determination, his triumphal sense of courage, his political sagacity, zeal, his self-confident-can-do-spirit, his strategic maneuvering capacity, and his unwavering determination to-win-against-all-odds are legendary and constitute a model/beacon of human triumph and human resilience that generations to come are bound to view with pride.
