Political godfatherism in Nigeria is systemic, it cannot be dismantled without first dismantling the system. At best, what is usually being done is that one godfather would be dismantled and another one enthroned.

Israel is also in a very difficult situation.

They want a Jewish majority country, i understand.

But if the majority of the Palestinians driven away by Israelis or fled the various wars return, where will they stay?

If they return to where they used to live, Israel will no longer be a Jewish majority country, so one argument goes.

So it seems Israel and the Palestinians are in a terrible situation.
