There is nothing like ethnic group criminality.

Ordering any ethnic group to leave a certain location or not to exercise their fundamental right of lawful assembly on the basis of alleged  criminalities perpetrated by some members of that ethnic group is wrong, both legally and morally.

Legally, what should be done is to apprehend the culprits and deal with them within the ambits of the law.

Morally, if all members of that ethnic group are asked to leave or not to enjoy their fundamental right of lawful assembly, one would have meted injustice to those who are not involved in the alleged criminality.

A private army formed by a not very stable character is about to be given the responsibility of securing Igbo land of Nigeria.

What if they start executing those who disagree with their founder?

The security situation in Igboland is understood, but is it wise to dig a whole to fill a hole?

The Nigerian Presidency's response to the agitation to relieve the pro terror minister from duty is diversionary.

The man's past utterances led to the death of persons.

Yes, he has apologised and his apology accepted, but that apology must be followed by resignation and a recuse from public office for a few years to allow the wounds his pro terror utterances inflicted to heal.

Very many others can be found to continue with his so called referenced good works. Such persons may even do better.

We(Ndi Igbo)will regret this current ugly situation of violence by "unknown persons" in Igboland (Southeast states)if we don't in our individual ways work hard towards nipping it in the bud.

This is not politics, it is anarchy.

Today, it is those in power, tomorrow it may be us.

You don't have to agree with me, just remember that I said it when the time comes.

Solving the present security challenge in Igboland(Southeast Nigeria) would be problematic or not, depending on the method employed.

We, however, at present, seem to prefer methods that solve the problem and subsequently create bigger problems.

This is the Crux of the problem.

Governor of Imo state of Nigeria, Hope Uzodimma, in his 2021 Workers'(May)Day broadcast made a lot of claims regarding what his administration have achieved so far.

Let us not indulge in lazy criticism.

Let us, if we must, use the claims he made to debunk his narrative, that is if there are things to debunk or congratulate him if there is nothing to debunk.

The Bill and Melinda Gates divorce is most likely a strategic move to evade something.

They may however, continue to live together, but as lovers, not as husband and wife.

This strategic move is most likely strictly legal.

The Church from centuries past have always taken stands on issues.

When it does, all components and individuals therein are expected to abide by the stands taken or opt out.

No components and/or individuals are allowed to railroad or force the Church into taking a particular stand.

In declaring support for Nnamdi Kanu and calling for Buhari's resignation or ouster, did Mbaka understand the implications of all that? Did he know that he has thrown his weight behind the split of Nigeria and also become politically partisan? Did he first consider the stand of the Church in which he is an official on such matters?
