our  cities are ugly! and so we are morel ikely to have cases of ugly behaviour and ugly attitude/ .that is environmental determinism

where there are no plans or no maps there may be no development. most of the cities in nigeria  have no master  plan! it is in the light of these    i want to nominate Paul Okunola as the next Minister of Environment.
