(Photo) Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana) Reportedly Signing Agreement With A Whiskey Distillery

Alright folks, agreed, this photo was taken during a signing of a business agreement with a whiskey distillery. 

Some (harmless?)questions however: 

(1)Who are the owners of the whiskey company? (2) What is that that Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana)(centre)is holding with much reverence?(3)Why did they have to wear same skirts and why skirts?(4)What are those things (fraternity insignias?) hanging from the upper parts of the skirts?(5)Why is it that the photo background is not looking like the premises of a whiskey distillery that can attract the attention of a big buyer from a foreign country?

My own is to ask questions and wait for answers.
