What a great African icon, a worrier,  a legend and a great teacher to the whole world. May his gentle soul rest peacefully in eternal peace and his contributions to development of humanity through his work would never be forgotten.

What a loss. One of the earliest minds to raise the issue of decolonizing the mind. He went beyond mere words to actually writing in Swahili.

May his soil rest in peace.

Adieu to a great son of Africa in whom most of us and I believe God (even if he may not have believed) is well pleased.

His works give him eternal remembrance here on earth, so he lives on!!!
