Of Atiku Abubakar,SMEs and 41 million votes

At a session with the lagos chamber of commerce  Atiku Abubakar,  presidential candidate for PDP promises to make available  10 billion dollars for SMEs which according to records  number 41 milion. So we are playing here  with 41 million  votes.

ATIKU ABUBAKAR  has just told us that nigeria is broke and what makes him think that if he is sworn in on may 29  2023  10 bilion dollars  would  be readily available  for SMEs within 100 days. Is he going  to take out a loan or ask the central bank to print 10 billion dollars?
